For the 3rd consecutive year the world´s best MTB riders are gathering in
Tuscany for the Maremma MTB Cup, a one week competition and most
prestigious MTB event in Italy. The scenes superstars are competing
in the cross-country discipline, as well as in short track races in three of the
region´s most beautiful historic city centers. Not only current World Champion
José Hermida Ramos (ESP) and local Marco Aurelio Fontana (ITA) have
confirmed their attendance, but also Scott Swiss Power rider and 2009 World
Champion and shooting star Nino Schurter (SUI) and teammate Florian Vogel
(SUI). Everyone is curious to find out, if last year´s winners Marco Aurelio
Fontana und Eva Lechner, both from Italy, can defend their titles and be
victorious again.
